MISSION
Reasons to join
Our partner's aim is to find and to register webshops on the Bstock.shop site whom are struggling with their stockpiles of returned products, resulting in loss of revenue and do not have the time or resources to resell them.
Based on the 45/2014. (II. 26.) policy of the EU, the consumer may withdraw from the product purchased online within 14 days without giving any reasons. Based on historical data, 30% of the products purchased online are returned, those are the BStock products. Their handling can cause a serious additional burden for the seller (processing, quality check, refund, administration, development of a surface to sell them, advertising, repeat sales at a lower price). BStock.shop provides an international marketplace for the returned, open-box, damaged box products, thus decreasing the stress of reselling.
ACCOUNTABILITY
We welcome our partners without any territorial or language restrictions, they can register sellers from any country, however, for the payment of commissions the partner has to have a tax number.
REGISTRATION FEE
For a connection fee of 2,000 EUR, you can register an unlimited number of webshops, which can sell returned, open-box or damaged box stocks on BStock.shop in small and large quantities.
SELLER REGISTRATION
Our partners have their own account to register the webshops and to help them to upload their returned products. We welcome sellers from any industry and country, but prices on Bstock.shop are presented in EURO.
PERFORMANCE
Our partners are free to register an unlimited number of webshops, from their sales we pay comissions. To maintain our cooperation, partners are expected to register at least 3 new partners every six months.

10% COMISSION
Our partner will receive 10% commission on the sale of each webshop registered by the partner.

PROMOTION MATERIAL
The registration fee includes our personalized promotion materials and brand elements (business card, email header) translated to the partner's language.

PRIVATE ACCOUNT
Each partner has a separate account and admin surface to register the invited webshops.

IMMEDIATE PAYMENT
Commissions from sales will immediately sent to the Partner's account (our payment provider is Barion).

OWN SALES INTERFACE
Every seller will have a mini webshop on BStock.shop, where they can promote their returned products, without the need of redesigning their own webshop.
AFFORDABLE COSTS
150 EUR annual fee and favourable transaction fee: 5% for large quantity sales and 7% for sales by piece.
INTERNATIONAL MARKET
Bstock undertakes to advertise returned products on an international marketplace, thus avoiding the creation of competition for the seller's new products.
DIRECT REVENUE
In all cases, the buyer pays the price of the product (and delivery) in advance, to the seller's account (our payment provider is Barion).
